A very special evening in our Bistro with Tempus Two wines matched to NINETEEN’s food.
The menu and matching wines are:
- Tempus Two Copper Prosecco
- Tempus Two Copper Verdelho | Fresh Sydney Rock Oysters topped with chilli and lime
- Tempus Two Copper Wilde Chardonnay | Cured salmon with micro herbs and radish salad
- Tempus Two Copper Shiraz | Beef fillet cooked medium rare served with fondant potato, spring greens and peppercorn jus
- Tempus Two Pewter Botrytis Semillon | Passionfruit Brulée, raspberry sorbet on a vanilla biscuit crumb.
With a 6pm arrival and a 6:30pm sit down for the first course, pricing is $130 per person, or book a table of 8 for $960.
