A very special evening in our Bistro with Tyrrell’s wines matched to NINETEEN’s food. With the wonderful Bruce Tyrrell speaking this will be a night to remember.
The menu and matching wines are:
- Tyrrell’s Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay
- Tyrrell’s Belford Semillon
- Fresh Oysters with Finger Lime and Mirin Dressing
- Tyrrell’s Estate Grown Chardonnay
- Pork Belly with Caramel Chilli Sea Scallops
- Tyrrell’s Special Release Shiraz Pinot Noir
- Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks with Pomme Puree and Roasted Baby Beetroot
- Tyrrell’s Old Hillside Shiraz
- Dark Chocolate Individual Tart with Macerated Plums
With a 6pm arrival and a 6:30pm sit down for the first course, pricing is $130 per person, or book a table of 8 for $960.
