THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In general, only information you provide about yourself to NINETEEN Hunter Valley directly will be collected, such as through enquiring about various products and services, making a booking on the our website or identifying yourself when requesting information to be sent to you. In certain circumstances, we may collect information about you from third parties. However, we will only do so if it is unreasonable or impracticable to collect the personal information directly from you and we will take responsible steps to inform you if and when we do.
NINETEEN Hunter Valley only collects personal information that is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, one or more of its functions or activities. NINETEEN Hunter Valley collects personal information from you in order to provide and charge for the goods and services you purchase. We may also collect personal information about you to better understand your requirements and preferences, improve our services and to provide offers that may be of interest or benefit to you.

NINETEEN HUNTER VALLEY USE OF “COOKIES”
NINETEEN Hunter Valley’s website uses “cookies” to help enhance your experience on the websites. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to your computers hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies as a default. If you do not wish to receive any cookies you may set your browser to refuse cookies. If you turn off cookies you will not be able to fill out forms automatically with details you have previously given us.
Cookies themselves do not contain personal information about you. They simply operate as a unique identifier which helps us to know what our customers find interesting and useful on our websites. NINETEEN Hunter Valley will not use or disclose any specific personal information about you without your consent, other than for the main reason you have provided personal information as authorised or permitted by law.
NINETEEN Hunter Valley recognises the trust you place in us when you give personal information. For example, we may ask you questions to get a better understanding of what facilities and services would help you with your needs. NINETEEN Hunter Valley may from time to time outsource the processing of certain functions or information to third parties. We may also provide your information to our related entities and partners. Any personal information disclosed to our agents, related entities, partners, contractors and third party service providers is only to the extent necessary for them to perform their agreed tasks and they are required to maintain the privacy of your information and keep such information confidential.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell hotels and other assets, or cease being the manager of a hotel or business. In those circumstances, we may include the personal information collected about you, or control of that personal information, as a business asset in any such transfer. Also, in the unlikely event that we are acquired, personal information collected from you, or control of such information, may be one of the transferred assets.
INFORMATION AND PROMOTIONAL EMAILS
From time to time we will send you relevant information emails regarding products and services which you have previously registered your interest in. If you are receiving promotional information from NINETEEN Hunter Valley and do not wish to receive this information, you may unsubscribe at any time. All electronic communications we sent to you for direct marketing purposes will include an “unsubscribe” link which enables you to opt out of receiving any further direct marketing.
Mobile Terms of Service
The NINETEEN mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by NINETEEN (“NINETEEN”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to NINETEEN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of NINETEEN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, limited time offers, events, giveaways, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with NINETEEN. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to NINETEEN or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other NINETEEN mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

HOW WE HANDLE EMAIL
We will preserve the content of any email that you send us, if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. Your email message content may be monitored by our NINETEEN Hunter Valley employees for security purposes including where email abuse is suspected. Our response to you may be monitored for quality assurance issues.

We provide links to websites outside of the NINETEEN Hunter Valley portal. PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy applies to all websites operated by Vintage Resort 01 Pty Ltd, trading as NINETEEN Hunter Valley adhere to the relevant regulations relating to the collection of personal information. All personal information collected from you is required to meet the requirements of legislation. We will not make this personal information available to any third party without prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of monies owing by you. You must advise us if any personal details on reservation given to you by us are incorrect. After you have experience our services with us, your personal information will be retained for the minimum length of time to comply with taxation and accounting requirements (usually seven years). Any personal information is accessible only to authorised personnel of and other properties with our management. A charge may be levied if a copy of any credit card is required after six months from your departure. Copies of details (other than electronic data) are not made available after two years. We will not knowingly permit any misuse of this personal data. Any requests for access to personal information held about you by us must be made in writing to The Manager, at NINETEEN Hunter Valley.
You acknowledge and accept that your use of NINETEEN Hunter Valley website and services indicates your acceptance of the NINETEEN Hunter Valley website terms and conditions and this privacy policy. This is the current privacy policy. It replaces any other privacy policy for the Headlands Hotel website published to date. We may at any time amend this policy by publishing the changes on the NINETEEN Hunter Valley website.
